How do I place an order?

You can simply click on the product, add it to cart, place order and get your product within a few days.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an Email or
confirmation Call/WhatsApp message directly from our representative to verify
your given information and order details

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are normally dispatched after confirmation, in within 72 hours and take between 5-7 working days to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email/message from our Dorado. If for any reason you don't receive any message, please do not panic, the message can take upto few hours to go through the system. What if my Product is Defected or Wrong?

We will happily replace or refund wrong or damaged orders at free of charge.
